I'm a single black mother that is raising a wonderful lil boy!!!
The joys of exercising the first day and being sore off your ass!!! I am so sore today it's not even funny. I'm so sore that I got a fucking headache (as sick as it sounds, it's true). But I still got my fat ass up and worked out (YAY ME)!! I did some belly dancing today and some more streching on my exercise ball again. I want to get more things to do so that I don't get bored with exercising quickly.
I'm still having problems with being hungry in between though. Does anyone have any suggestions? I should go and get fruit or something, but I don't have a taste for it right now. I don't want to go and get lite snacks because right now I might over do it and fall of the band-wagon. Well at least I'm being honest!!! Even though a nice big chocalate chip cookie and a glass of milk seems delicious right now, I got WILL POWER!!!! Or maybe PUNKY-POWER!!! But this first week is just kicking me in my fat ass!!! Man it's so easy to put on the weight but a killer to take it off. Well maybe not hard if you have a persoanl trainer, or a personal chef, or maybe just a good cosmietic surgeon!!!!! Ahhhhh, the joys of doing it the rich folks way!!!
But thank God most of the girls at work are dieting so I do have motivation!!!!! WOO HOO!!!
