Today was a cool day. I took the day off to take my son to school for Halloween. The kids could dress up in their jammies, so I just wanted to make sure I was there to drop him off and there to pick him up. After that we went Trick-or-Treating. We only went for an hour because of rain, but he got a whole shit load of candy!!!
He is a big queer though. He thought the point of going is to get into people's houses. At first, he had the nerve to get mad cuz he couldn't do just that. One lady had a dog and he just ran inside her house and played with the dog like he known this woman for years. I get so embarrassed at first and realize he's just being his normal self, which makes me laugh.
Also I actually got scared by an adult. Me and my son walked up to this house. I saw what I believed to be a statue of a man sitting down with a mask. He sat there the whole time I'm getting my son's candy. I turned around and noticed something started scatching me on the back. Well I didn't know what it was untill I turned around and noticed that the statue was a FUCKING REAL MAN!! And of course I jumped. This made everyone around me laugh!! I felt like such a loser that I ended up laughing too. I can't believe that I could actually get scared anymore. Halloween is just not the same anymore when I was a kid. The kids are not unique like we were. My mom didn't have the money to spend on costumes, so we made up our own with the things we could find around the house. I really feel that the kids today don't have an imagination like we did. They have things like computers and stuff to think for them. Even though I'm only 29, times sure have changed since 20 years ago.
